What data we collect

We only collect the data you send us through the contact form: first name, last name, email address, phone and company (optional), subject, service of interest and your message. This data is sent by email to our mailbox and used exclusively to answer your request and, if you ask for it, to prepare a proposal.

The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that the request comes from a person and not an automated program. This check may process technical data from your device and browser, as described in the Cloudflare privacy policy.

The website is served through the Cloudflare network, which logs, for security and performance reasons, the IP address and technical details of each request for a limited period.

Legal basis, retention and sharing

We process your data on the basis of your contact request and our legitimate interest in replying to you, under Angolan Law no. 22/11 of 17 June on the Protection of Personal Data. We keep the messages received for as long as necessary to follow up on the request and to meet the legal and accounting obligations that result from it. We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties; we only share it with the providers that host our website and email, who are bound by confidentiality obligations.

Your rights

You may at any time request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to [email protected]. We reply within 30 days at most. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Angolan Data Protection Agency (APD).

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. It only uses:

• A technical session cookie (PHPSESSID), needed for the website to work, deleted when you close your browser.
• Cloudflare cookies (for example __cf_bm or cf_clearance), used for security and to tell people apart from automated programs.

To measure visits we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the website keeps working, except for the contact form, which depends on the security check.

Changes

We may update this policy when the website or the law changes. The date at the top shows the version in force.
